UPDATE:
Photos of the rescued cats from Beijing Zoo. They are waiting to be adopted into loving family. Great appreciation to all the brave volunteers fighting so hard to save the cats in such frozen winter in Beijing.
The cats were rescued by private citizens and especially from our dear friend Ms Xu Yufeng in Beijing. She has paid for spay/neuter and the cats after the rescue are in the care of the Vets. Ms Xu also donated more than 60 designed standard cat nests being placed into Beijing Zoo and some other living area. The cat nest costs $170 per each (US$ 27).

The black and white semi-long haired cat could be Henri the French cats’d brother. Happy to hear about these rescues. And what a saint you have in Ms. Xu Yufeng. All of you are angels in human form. Bye.

Greetings and warm New Year wishes to you all from Canada !
Thank you so much for all you do and are doing for these precious cats !.
I am afraid very sadly that China is not generally looked upon very kindly for their humanitarian or animal welfare record and it is so truly heartening to see your group in China, working with those who so obviously care very deeply for animals
We always tweet all your work so that we can let North Americans know that there are citizens in your country really working so hard to make a difference. I am so happy that the cats at the Beijing Zoo have you all to watch out for and protect them Thank you so much
Lovely Kitties and they look well taken care of
We love you and thank you for helping animals.
