Suspected of stealing dogs are just everywhere in China.
A positive news:
The Shanghai Municipal Public Security Bureau announced that Shanghai police have arrested three people suspected of killing and stealing dogs from residents in Qingpu district.
Patrolling officers caught two of the suspects riding a motorcycle on Zhaojiang Road in Baihe town. They tried to escape arrest but several police officers subdued the two, who were carrying a crossbow and darts. Police believe that they used the weapon to shoot the pets of residents in the area.
Police arrested another suspected dog snatcher in the same town. The suspect employed the same method to kill and steal the animals.
The public security bureau has deployed more officers this winter to patrol the streets and stop theft and robbery.

I’m glad that those 3 scumbags have been arrested…but what I’m really hoping is that they receive a severe sentence and jail time of more then 2 years would be the only thing worth while. They need to be taken off the streets.
