   ITA ABOUT TIME CHINA BECAME CIVILISED AND LOOKED AFTER THE ANIMALS THAT LIVE IN THEIR COUNTRY. LAWS ARE ALWAYS NEEDED AND THIS IS A MUST ! THE CRUELTY IN CHINA IS DISGUSTINGLY HIGH AND THESE CRIMINALS NEED TO BE PUNISHED AND DETERRED FROM FURTHER CRUELTY TO ANY ANIMAL.
