After national and international protests, the Directors of Creek Project Investments have announced a suspension of the development of their intended biggest Foie Gras plant in Mainland China, until the completion of a full review with input from animal welfare and environmental experts to address any issues.

Please keep giving pressures to The Government of UK and Greek Project Investments for giving up this cruel investment completely to avoiding not only the suffering of animals but also the damage of human’s heath and food wasting.

3 April, 2012, London, UK The Directors of Creek Project Investments PLC, responding to concerns from the public about the development of an extensive Foie Gras operation in Mainland China, today announced a suspension of the present ‘Foie Gras’ operations, until the completion of a full review. The Directors have called for the review to include input from animal welfare and environmental experts to address any issues which may or may not exist. The results of the review will be published on the Company’s web site when completed, which is expected to be within the next two months. |

We have plenty of food choice from the land we should be happy and greatful that we do. This obsene force feeding is so un-nautural and is not how these animals would feed naturally just because we want some thing different we have to make them suffer. Stop this now. So typical of the chinese to do this- they do any thing to make a dollar no matter how much animal suffering is involved. Barbaric!!! I will not buy any chinese products- ever. Thier day will come. Disgusting!!!
The Truth is: homo sapiens has not enzymes for using meat/milk/eggs/bread like an own food, because homo sapiens frugivore animal species is and has only enzymes for using raw fresh fruits with seeds and some raw fresh vegetable.
I REALLY DONT KNOW HOW SO MUCH BRUTAL SUFFERING TO ANIMALS IS ALLOWED TO HAPPEN ! THE WORLD IS SICK AND MONEY MAD AND IF THE GOVERNMENTS DO NOTHING TO STOP IT THEN I BELIEVE THERES SOMETHING MORE POWERFUL THAN THE “HUMAN” AND WHEN THE TIMES RIGHT WILL WIPE THE SCUM OFF THE FACE OF THE EARTH !

Thank you to the firm that has cancelled it’s plans to develop a farm for harvesting – foie gras ,this would be one of the most cruel -most inhumane acts of depravity we humans do to animals ,how can any -human allow this ?and for those who actually eat this knowing an animal has -died in -agony is beyond any comprehension -you have lost -your -humanity -shame on you.
